Refunds & Returns Policy

At MSCOFFROAD, we are committed to supplying quality products and service. This policy outlines your rights as a customer and our responsibilities as a business, in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).


Your Consumer Rights

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

You are entitled to:

  • A replacement or refund for a major failure.

  • Compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.

  • A repair or replacement if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.


Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is:

  • Faulty

  • Damaged during transit

  • Incorrect or not as described

Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order, including your order number and clear photographs or videos of the issue.

Once assessed, and if approved, we will offer one of the following remedies where applicable:

  • Repair

  • Replacement

  • Store credit

  • Refund

Return shipping costs will be covered by MSCOFFROAD in the case of faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied goods.


Change of Mind and Incorrect Fitment

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect fitment due to inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the customer

  • Personal preference

We encourage all customers to review product descriptions carefully or contact us for clarification before purchasing.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned unless deemed faulty under the Australian Consumer Law:

  • Electrical components

  • Custom-made or modified items

  • Special orders

  • Items that have been installed or used

  • Sale or clearance items


Return Procedure

To begin a return or warranty claim, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us at info@mscoffroad.com.au with your order number and details of the issue.

  2. Wait for written approval and return instructions from our team.

  3. Ensure the item is returned in its original packaging and in unused condition, unless the item is faulty.

  4. All return parcels must be tracked. MSCOFFROAD is not responsible for parcels lost during return transit.

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.


Additional Information

  • Refunds will only be issued to the original payment method.

  • All returned items will be inspected upon receipt before any action is taken.

  • We reserve the right to decline a return if the product is not returned in an acceptable condition or if the claim does not fall under Australian Consumer Law entitlements.
